Your Rights Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

You have the right to return any product within 6 months of purchase if it has a material defect — meaning it is not of good quality, is not fit for purpose, or is not as described. In such cases, you may choose a repair, replacement, or refund.

Our Policy for CBD and Wellness Products

Due to the sensitive nature of CBD and wellness products, the following applies:

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the original packaging and seals are intact.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective.
Defective products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with the CPA. Returned defective products will be handled in compliance with SAHPRA regulations.
Incorrect or damaged deliveries will be collected and replaced at no cost to you.
